 I was thinking about it the other day.

UVERworld hadn't uploaded the digest videos recently for the lives in June. and Boom, just like that the next day they do it, it like they know what I am thinking hahaha (starts thinking about rock sound more often)

Anyway, I watched all of the digest videos. This time they were pretty disappointing tbh,  the only songs that were "special" to me were LIMITLESS and I LOVE THE WORLD. but other than that the other songs were pretty bog-standard. BUT all the digest videos (bar 06.13 night) looked really fun! and people looked like they were actaully enjoying the concert apart from when Making it Drive was shown, I couldn't help but laugh at the sparse claps when it played, so sad XD

I wanted to hear things like RANGE, NAMELY, OXYMORON, things like that, but I guess we can't have everything can we now XD

Anyway, it's nice that we get these videos in the first place, then again we only get them because UVERworld is desperate for money from the government to stay alive... which is kinda scary

Oh well, I hope we get the same thing for the "we are go" lives (and that they show more interesting songs, but I dought it since they wanna save all that they can for DVD's.)

AFTER LIFE. I saw a blog by takuya a couple days ago where, he talked about the after life, it reminded me of the song of course but, I was taken aback by it because, I had never actually looked at the words in question "AFTER LIFE". Because it's a Japanese song, I was used to not looking into the meaning of song titles. but.. the song really is about "the after life". I just wanted to say that because, I had never thought about it like that  before... it really puts a new sorta light onto the song for me... UVERworld needs to release a DVD this year

UVERworld needs to release a DVD this year. It's as simple as that. for the past two years, UVERworld hasn't released a DVD. (unless you count ACT 3 lol). UVERworld has done a lot of live streams to be fair, however, the 2021 stream left a lot to be desired, with them playing what was basically a UNSER era setlist with EN at the end (best song). I am really really really hoping that they release a DVD of the XMAS 2021 live, considering that there weren't digests and there was a web magazine release of the live, I have been really hopeful, but the wait is just really tiring. UVERworld (Takuya) has also stated that there will be no Summer / Fall lives this year because he wants to do a live at Nissan stadium (70000 cap, this means that they will have to release singles, DVDs and other related stuff. Takuya even said in one of his blogs that he wants to release an album this year, I have my doubts about that, but it'd make sense if he wants to do Nissan stadium next year. ...

AVALANCHE

 So AVALANCHE was announced. This is how I see it: This is everything that UVERworld has learnt since ODD FUTURE, good and evil, EDEN e, Making it Drive, AFTER LIFE, stay on , muimininaruyoru, OXYMORON , One Last Time, HOURGLASS, Teenage Love and LIVIN' IT UP. Into its mature form. UVERworld has 2-3 songs left like this that they will make. And I'll state this now that... I'm not that big of a fan of it. However... I don't hate it. I, personally listen to a lot of electronic music, and I appreciate what UVERworld has done to try and improve their ability to make "EDM' (in quotes because this isn't actually EDM, it's just what people seem to be calling it). However, I could totally listen to any other artist and get a much better outcome because... UVERworld first and foremost is a BAND!
