AVALANCHE

 So AVALANCHE was announced.

This is how I see it:

This is everything that UVERworld has learnt since ODD FUTURE, good and evil, EDEN e, Making it Drive, AFTER LIFE, stay on , muimininaruyoru, OXYMORON , One Last Time, HOURGLASS, Teenage Love and LIVIN' IT UP.

Into its mature form.

UVERworld has 2-3 songs left like this that they will make. And I'll state this now that... I'm not that big of a fan of it. However... I don't hate it. I, personally listen to a lot of electronic music, and I appreciate what UVERworld has done to try and improve their ability to make "EDM' (in quotes because this isn't actually EDM, it's just what people seem to be calling it).

However, I could totally listen to any other artist and get a much better outcome because... UVERworld first and foremost is a BAND!

The solo artist I have brought up time and time again is this Canadian producer called "MDK". Here is one of my favourite works from them: MDK - X Buster

The reason I'm bringing them up is that I've always thought about what UVERworld would be like if they had collaborated with MDK. I think that AVALANCHE is an example of what COULD happen. The thing is, despite all this, UVERworld has a conflict of interest, between making band music, and being experimental. they had a good balance during tycoon of that. But now it's either one or the other, and that is the problem. All these songs,
EDEN e, Making it Drive, stay on , muimininaruyoru, OXYMORON, One Last Time, HOURGLASS, Teenage Love and LIVIN' IT UP, all have to be re-arranged for lives.  is that really needed?

The only point of view I get is this: UVERworld wants to start experimenting more extremely, so they compromised by having two major different compositions for songs, one for studio recordings which has a heavy focus on synths and MIDI, and the other which is focused on live.

You can see this comparison VERY WELL with HOURGLASS, the difference is extremely major, check out below:

HOURGLASS studio

HOURGLASS live

Remove the autotune, add in guitar, bass. It's a whole different song almost.

I think, for now, this is the path that UVERworld is on. I don't want to mention any members names, but I think we all know who is pushing for this project that sorta smells of solo.
